This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative marketer who enjoys writing, designing, and coordinating across teams. You’ll play a key role in bringing marketing ideas to life—from content and campaigns to sales and member assets—while learning and growing in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong><br>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support content marketing, member marketing, and lifecycle marketing initiatives by drafting, editing, and optimizing written content across channels</li> <li>Assist in the creation of marketing and sales assets, including one-pagers, flyers, postcards, and digital resources for various B2B audiences</li> <li>Design and customize marketing materials using Canva, including social media graphics and print-ready assets</li> <li>Help execute B2B marketing initiatives by supporting campaigns across the content funnel</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners (including sales, customer success, and other marketing teammates) to support shared goals</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Stay flexible and proactive in a dynamic environment, jumping in where support is needed and learning new skills along the way</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>About You<br></strong><strong><br></strong>If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by helping create compelling, effective marketing that reaches the right audiences, this role may be for you!</p> <p><strong><br>You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong writing skills with experience supporting content marketing, email marketing, or marketing and sales asset creation</li> <li>A foundational understanding of B2B content marketing, the content funnel, and core digital marketing tactics</li> <li>Proficiency in Canva, with the ability to create and customize flyers, postcards, infographics, and social media graphics</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset</li> <li>A flexible, adaptable attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished, accurate work</li> <li>A Plus: Familiarity with QR code creation, UTM tracking, and basic marketing analytics or performance reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What Makes This Job Amazing</strong></p> <ul> <li>A chance to make a real impact early in your marketing career</li> <li>Exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, tools, and strategies for a B2B marketplace</li> <li>Hands-on experience creating assets that are actually used by teams and customers</li> <li>A collaborative team environment that values curiosity, creativity, and initiative</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Compensation Package</strong></p> <ul> <li>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000 - $106,000/year.</li> <ul> <li>This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.</li> </ul> <li>Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package</li> <ul> <li>Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
