We ensure our creative teams run smoothly and efficiently, empowering them to deliver high-quality work that supports our mission of helping people live healthier lives.</p> <p><strong><br>About the Role<br></strong><strong><br></strong>As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to help drive Noom’s company mission forward in the highest impact way possible, specifically through supporting the creative development of our B2C and B2B teams. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the Creative team to manage calendar planning, project tracking, stakeholder approvals, and asset delivery.<br><br></p> <p><strong>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Creative team to support daily operations</li> <li>Coordinate meetings with the team and stakeholders, such as creative kick-offs, brainstorming sessions, and project stand-ups</li> <li>Update project details in management software to track progress and timelines</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, and organize creative assets (design files, copy, mockups, etc.) for easy access</li> <li>Communicate regularly with internal teams (designers, copywriters, editor/motion designer) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables</li> <li>Collect and relay feedback from stakeholders or internal teams to the Creative team, ensuring revisions align with expectations</li> <li>Address any roadblocks promptly and help resolve issues quickly</li> <li>Continuously identify opportunities to enhance team processes and efficiency<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>About You<br></strong><strong><br></strong>If you’re passionate about shaping the future of health and playing a key role in bringing creative content to life, this role may be for you!</p> <p><strong><br>You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in a creative environment (in-house or agency okay)</li> <li>Experience in project coordination and/or digital content production</li> <li>Experience with project management platforms such as AirTable or Jira, and familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, and digital asset management systems</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>A collaborative mindset that welcomes diverse perspectives and encourages consensus-building</li> <li>A team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to contribute to a creative, energized environment</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What Makes This Job Amazing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help bring compelling creative content to life across B2C and B2B campaigns</li> <li>Be part of a mission-driven company dedicated to improving health outcomes</li> <li>Collaborate with a passionate, innovative team of creatives and stakeholders</li> <li>Play a critical role in optimizing processes and enhancing team efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Compensation Package</strong></p> <ul> <li>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $124,000.</li> <ul> <li>This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.<br><br></li> </ul> <li>Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package</li> <ul> <li>Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
