<p><span data-contrast="none">Reporting to the Vice President, General Counsel, the Manager, General Counsel will manage the post-closing requirements of core fund loans, the closing of special loan fund loans, and documentation related to extensions and amendments of portfolio loans. This role is essential to advancing NFF’s mission by ensuring that lending activities are executed with rigor, compliance, and care, enabling the organization to deploy capital responsibly and effectively. Additionally, the Manager will support the general operations of the General Counsel department. This role will provide broad support to various functional areas in the department, including compliance and documentation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who brings sound judgment, a strong sense of accountability and collaboration, and a commitment to advancing NFF’s mission through careful, compliant execution of legal and lending processes.</span></p>

This is a US-based remote role, with a strong preference for candidates within commutable distance to NFF’s New York City office. <p><span data-contrast="none">This is an exempt, full-time role with a compensation range of $99,500 - $110,600.
