Working in Rapid Response Team this role needs to work and operate cross-functionally with SW/ FW / HW Engineering, Product Line Management (PLM), Architecture, Software Verification Team (SVT), and Global Technical Support (GTS) Teams to effectively and efficiently resolve issues affecting Customers Optical networks including subsea. As an RRT Engineer you will be involved in recovery efforts during a critical outage, analyzing logs to isolate faults, determining root cause, and working towards defect resolution. In addition, RRT Engineer will be part of SW/product release cycle, providing software solutions through product enhancement, debuggability requirement etc during release planning discussions. An RRT Engineer will also work closely with SVT to optimize their test plans & RCCA discussions.
