About this role


The Partner Inside sales will activate and onboard new partners, unlocking fresh untapped  opportunities, streamline approvals and documentation, accelerating business processes to get partners to become effective quicker. They will manage partner inquiries and contract renewals, ensuring seamless transactions and enhancing partner experience​, enhance opportunity and pipeline management, working hand-in-hand with Partner Sales Managers enhancing their sales time.​

Key part of the role is also to work with partners on lead generation, pipeline creation and ensuring partners are ready to sell the Nokia portfolio by building relationships with the sellers and technical teams in the partners. 

The Partner Inside sales will be an instrumental part of the partner growth engine working with partners on net-new business, supporting partners to venture out in new segments and accounts to hunt for new business for Nokia. 

Key tasks for this role:

  • Partner Management (assigned partners)​
  • Manage responses / inquiries from accounts​
  • Following up marketing leads​
  • Opportunity & pipeline management​
  • Outreach to inactive Partners​
  • Chasing quotes & deliveries​
  • Validate and submit PO for booking ​
  • Outstanding financials to check with partner​
  • Where applicable develop and update business plans​
  • Upselling (portfolio, renewals, …)​
  • Organizing technical and sales partner enablement​
  • Collaborating with Partner Success & Support​
  • Check and drive contract renewals and compliance screening​
  • Ensure Partner utilization of Partner tools​
