<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new joiners.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and manuals.</p></li><li><p>Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Track attendance, completion rates, and learning progress.</p></li><li><p>Submit daily/weekly training reports to the Training Team Leader.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure training needs are fulfilled.</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>0–2 years of experience in training, customer service, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage both online and on-site training sessions.</p></li><li><p>Graduate degree required.</p></li><li><p>Male candidates preferred (per form).</p></li><li><p>Rotational working hours, hybrid work arrangement.</p></li></ul>
