<p>We are hiring a <strong>Junior Proposal Specialist</strong> to support the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals across commercial opportunities. This role plays a key part in reviewing tenders, coordinating inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant proposal submissions that support business growth at <span class="whitespace-normal"><strong>NOK Human Capital</strong></span>.</p><p>This position is ideal for an early-career professional with strong attention to detail, good English writing skills, and interest in commercial and tendering processes.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Review and analyze tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.</p></li><li><p>Prepare technical proposals in line with tender requirements and guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Prepare financial proposals, pricing sheets, and commercial offers.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with technical, sales, and finance teams to collect required proposal inputs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with tender instructions, formats, and submission requirements.</p></li><li><p>Submit proposals through official portals and bidding platforms (e.g., government portals, private platforms, online bidding systems).</p></li><li><p>Track proposal timelines, deadlines, and submission status.</p></li><li><p>Maintain organized records of submitted tenders and proposals.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>1–2 years of experience in proposal preparation, tenders, or commercial support roles.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of tendering processes and evaluation criteria.</p></li><li><p>Previous exposure to preparing technical and/or financial proposals is required.</p></li><li><p>Good written and spoken English.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p></li></ul>
