<p>We are hiring a <strong>Junior Lead Generator</strong> to support business development by researching, generating, and qualifying leads across multiple channels. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional early in their career who enjoys research, data accuracy, and close collaboration with commercial teams at <span class="whitespace-normal"><strong>NOK Human Capital</strong></span>.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, online platforms, and outreach).</p></li><li><p>Collect, verify, and maintain decision-maker contact details.</p></li><li><p>Update and manage lead information accurately on CRM systems.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with commercial and sales teams to hand over qualified leads.</p></li><li><p>Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and performance.</p></li><li><p>Support campaign-based lead generation initiatives as needed.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.</p></li><li><p>Good to very good English communication skills (written and spoken).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong research, data collection, and verification skills.</p></li><li><p>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.</p></li></ul>
