<h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>E-commerce Manager</strong> with proven experience in managing online stores, marketplaces, and driving digital sales growth. The ideal candidate will lead the e-commerce team and coordinate with agencies to maximize online revenue and performance.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Manage and optimize online stores and marketplace presence (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve growth targets</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to implement campaigns</p></li><li><p>Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team</p></li><li><p>Report on KPIs, sales performance, and ROI for digital channels</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</p></li><li><p><strong>Years of Experience:</strong> 5 – 8 years in e-commerce/digital sales</p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing online stores and digital marketplaces</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Leadership ability with experience managing teams and agencies</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager</p></li></ul><p><strong>Targeted Industries:</strong> Retail, FMCG, E-commerce<br><strong>Reporting To:</strong> Head of Digital / Commercial Director</p>
