<h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Branch Accountant</strong> to manage the daily accounting activities of the branch, ensure accurate financial records, and coordinate with head office on financial reporting.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Record daily branch transactions and journal entries</p></li><li><p>Handle cash management and daily cash reports</p></li><li><p>Monitor branch expenses and revenues</p></li><li><p>Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies</p></li><li><p>Manage accounts payable and receivable at branch level</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with head office for monthly closing and reports</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</p></li><li><p>Previous experience as a Branch Accountant</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of accounting principles</p></li><li><p>Strong Excel skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with accounting software is a plus</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and communication skills</p></li></ul>
