We're looking for someone who brings
A degree in Finance
5+ years of experience in controlling
Fluency in English
Strong Excel skills (including Power Query)
Power BI knowledge (a plus!)
A proactive, communicative personality who thrives in dynamic, fast‑moving environments
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will have a real influence on financial processes, collaboration, and decision-making.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy and ownership
Act as a strategic business partner to Senior Management and customers
Review contracts and service level agreements from a Finance perspective
Manage cost centers and accounting coding; approve invoice and PO coding
Drive budgeting and coordinate closely with stakeholders and budget owners
Work hand-in-hand with FP&A and Intercompany teams to ensure accurate reconciliations
Support ongoing process optimization, standardization, and automation within the Finance SSC Team
Lead the RAS Finance Team: prioritize tasks, set goals, manage resources, and motivate your team
