About this role
Are you ready to turn cutting-edge technology into real business impact? As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and operationalize Generative AI solutions that transform ideas into scalable, production-ready innovations. What you are going to do
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Azure and Databricks
Rapidly prototype and test new GenAI use cases, frameworks, and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Cloud, Data Science, IT, Business) to deliver AI projects
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments
Contribute to the evolution of our AI engineering best practices
Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and actively share knowledge with the team

Salary between €4,547 and €6,496 (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines). Previous experience in fintech is valued
Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Spark, Azure, and Databricks
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
Experience deploying machine learning models into production and working with vector databases and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Knowledge of responsible AI practices and model evaluation techniques and/or have contributed to open-source AI projects or participation in AI communities
Fluent in English with strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
