This isn’t an “add-on” contract. This is your seat on the leadership team. You’ll own the numbers, the vision, and the financial backbone of one of the fastest-growing healthcare divisions in our group.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all financial strategy and execution: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day operations.
- Drive revenue optimization—billing, collections, payer compliance—ensuring both performance and integrity.
- Oversee cross-border finance: U.S. GAAP, IFRS, payroll, tax, reporting, and compliance.
- Deliver clear insights and financial models that fuel confident executive decisions.
- Build and mentor a finance team grounded in accountability, trust, and scale.
- Partner with the Founder & CEO, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with clinical and operational leaders.
What You Bring
- CA(SA) or CPA (strong preference)
- 7+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally with healthcare or multi-entity structures.
- Expertise in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with proven success across borders.
- A track record in revenue operations, audits, and tax compliance.
- Executive presence: decisive, strategic, and clear under pressure.
- Strong communication—able to make complex numbers make sense for any audience.
