Operationalize revenue strategy through training, enablement programs, technology adoption, AI-driven insights, and the design and management of revenue compensation programs.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Revenue Enablement Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate revenue goals into actionable enablement programs, playbooks, performance metrics, and incentive frameworks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Program Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and manage revenue compensation and incentive programs that drive desired behaviors and align with business objectives.</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations to ensure compensation plans are competitive, compliant, and within budget.</li> <li>Analyze compensation performance, model plan changes, and recommend optimizations based on data and market benchmarks.</li> <li>Lead communication and training for compensation plans, metrics, and payout mechanics.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and governance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Change Management &amp; Adoption</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead enablement for organizational changes including new processes, tools, compensation plans, AI capabilities, and Partner &amp; GTM strategies.</li> <li>Drive adoption through communication, training, and reinforcement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Training &amp; Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop enablement content including sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, process documentation, system and compensation training.</li> <li>Continuously optimize programs based on performance data.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Process &amp; Methodology Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enable consistent execution of sales processes and methodologies across the revenue organization.</li> <li>Partner with Sales Leadership to reinforce best practices, coaching, and performance improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI Enablement for Revenue Teams</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead evaluation and enablement of AI-powered tools that improve seller productivity, deal execution, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.</li> <li>Train teams on AI-driven insights such as lead scoring, deal prioritization, coaching intelligence, and performance analytics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Market Awareness</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stay informed on enablement best practices, compensation trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies.</li> <li>Use insights to evolve enablement strategies and compensation programs to improve revenue performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Compensation-related roles</li> <li>Experience building enablement and training programs and managing compensation plans</li> <li>Strong understanding of sales processes, incentive design, and go-to-market motions</li> <li>Experience enabling CRM, revenue technology, and AI-driven sales tools</li> <li>Executive-level communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Nitro?&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><br>Along with our regular benefits and programs (including health, dental, vision, and retirement as standard), we are also very proud to offer a few additional initiatives to future Nitronauts:&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Flex Time Off</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><br>Work-life balance is important at Nitro, and we understand that there are events that we cannot plan for.
