Job Summary
Supports HRBP team generating data and reporting that facilitate decision making within the HR team, support the employee talent cycle, tracking progress and supporting the compliance of HR core processes, execute HR transactions in Workday platform ensuring data quality. Coordinates all training activities and HR support for Nissan School.
Responsibilities:
-Support the execution of HR core process agenda and track progress to ensure employee compliance.
-Generate data and reporting that facilitate decision-making within the HR team.
-Execute HR transactions in Workday platform ensuring data quality.
-Provide day-to-day guidance and support for employee requirements.
-Support HR initiatives related to employment policies, employee engagement, health and wellness benefits, rewards and recognition programs and performance management, etc.
-Participate in HR initiatives such as Onboarding sessions, trainings, events and internal campaigns.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
HR related fields (Recruitment, Training, Development, Employee Relations) / Results oriented, Customer Focus, Innovation, Planning, Analysis & Issue Solving.
Years of Experience:
1 year in HR related areas.
Education
Desirable: Degree in administrative areas (Administration, psychology or similar).
Specific Course/Certifications:
Knowledge in excel.
English fluent.
Travel Required?
Few times in the year (6).
