We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Franklin, TN.

The Analytics Products Team is looking for a driven and collaborative Senior Data Analyst to lead key data analytics initiatives that support our business strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, improving data quality, and partnering across teams to deliver impactful insights.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Lead development of analytics products to support business needs of Marketing & Sales, Finance and other business units
  • Analyze internal and third-party data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Profile, clean, standardize, and enrich datasets in collaboration with data stewards
  • Build business process and data flow diagrams to support analytics and operational efficiency
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support agile product development
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, presentation and strategic thinking skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, adjust to changes in processes and priorities, and independently and effectively plan their work; experience working in agile teams
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis (automotive industry preferred)
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python
  • Strong understanding of data models, database design, and statistical analysis
  • Excellent negotiation and cross-functional skills are required to effectively balance priorities from various functional groups
  • Strong understanding of data models, database design, and statistical analysis
  • Understanding of financial statements, vPipe, VINPipe, SAP, HOST and 3rd party data (Urban Science, J.D. Power, Polk, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in Marketing & Sales, Program Management or Finance
  • Experience with AWS, familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools
  • Project management experience
