Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Planner, Vehicle Connected Services (VCS) Operations, to join our team in Mississauga, ON

The key objective of the job function is to provide support for both new vehicles and vehicles in the field.  This position will also be required to assist Marketing, Training, Call Centre and other departments with various connected services support requirements.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide operational support for Vehicle Connected Services (VCS) across call centers, dealerships, field teams, vendors, and customers

  • Act as a subject matter expert supporting marketing, training, and customer experience initiatives

  • Analyze performance data and conduct quality assurance testing across connected services platforms.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required

  • 3–5 years’ experience in operations, call center, or quality assurance environments

  • Strong customer service, communication (written and verbal), and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with global, cross-functional teams

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
     

Desired

  • Automotive industry experience with knowledge of connected vehicle, telematics, and infotainment systems; bilingual English/French (spoken and written) preferred
  • Provide end-to-end support for Vehicle Connected Services across call centres, dealerships, field teams, vendors, and customers
  • Assist customers with MyNISSAN and MyINFINITI mobile apps, owner portals, connected features, and manage customer records and goodwill requests
  • Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, invoice support, and defect tracking using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau)
  • Act as Vehicle Connected Services subject matter expert; review and validate marketing materials, training content, and promotional assets
  • Develop and deliver training, support enrollment growth initiatives, and prepare/analyze performance reports related to usage, enrollment, and revenue.

Salary Range:

$76,941.00 - $94,527.00

This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
