We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst II to join our team in Mexico City. This role supports payroll operations and system functionality, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization.

A Day in the Life:

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian payroll policies, taxation, and wage orders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve system issues and implement process improvements

  • Analyze payroll audit reports and manage problem tickets for timely resolution

  • Document payroll processes and develop reconciliation procedures

  • Support payroll processing and system operations, including coverage during team absences

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state organization (2,000+ employees)

  • Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, reconciliations, and audit procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English communication

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Desired:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft

  • General understanding of payroll tax regulations and wage orders

  • Accounting experience

  • Strong analytical and customer service skills
