A Day in the Life:   

• Product Support & Analysis: Assist in the administration of extended service and prepaid maintenance plans for Nissan and Infiniti dealers across Canada.
• Market Research: Conduct research on automotive protection programs, analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product offerings.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer ownership experience through extended services.
• Ad-hoc: Perform tasks, reports and special projects assigned by Business Development and Operations Managers.

Who We’re Looking for:

• Proficient in analyzing large datasets with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and PivotTables.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and adaptable to new systems.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is considered an asset. 

Required:

Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate Business Administration or Commerce University Program (Preferably with a focus in Business)

Hourly Rate Range:
$21.00 - $24.00

Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).
