A Day in the Life:  

You will support recurring reporting, pricing operations, and process improvement work that helps the team deliver accurate, decision-ready insights.

• Build, refresh, and quality-check recurring reports using Excel and internal systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
• Support pricing and program execution by preparing data inputs, validating outputs, and maintaining trackers used for reporting and operational readiness.
• Pull and summarize customer lifecycle, CRM, and program performance data, identify trends, and translate results into clear takeaways for stakeholders.
• Support month-end readiness through checks and reconciliations that help ensure reporting is complete, accurate, and decision-ready.
• Create and maintain standardized templates that improve speed, reduce manual effort, and increase consistency across deliverables.
• Support retailer and internal communications through tracking, coordination, and version control of materials and bulletins.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and document improved processes so the team can scale efficiently.
• Support team events, webinars, and workshops as needed through coordination and materials support.

• How an automotive financial services business works: Learn how programs, pricing, and reporting connect to customer outcomes and business performance.
• Return on Assets (ROA) and financial services business acumen: Build an understanding of ROA as a key performance lens, and how data and operational decisions influence results.

• Advanced Excel in a real business environment: Strengthen skills in structuring datasets, building repeatable reporting, validating results, and improving efficiency.
• Turning analysis into action: Practice summarizing insights clearly and communicating updates with confidence across stakeholders.
• Automation and process improvement: Get hands-on exposure to improving workflows through better templates, smarter data handling, and repeatable processes.

Who We’re Looking for:

• Strong interest in analytics, finance, business operations, or data science.
• Strong Excel skills and a structured approach to building and validating reporting.
• Comfort working with large datasets and strong attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently, take initiative, and improve how things are done.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional presence.
• Strong organization and time management to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Assets (nice to have):

• Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience streamlining workflows, automating routine steps, or improving templates.
• Bilingual (French/English).

Required:

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a co-op or internship requirement in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Hourly Rate Range:
$21.00 - $24.00

Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).
