We are currently looking for a Coordinator, Corporate Vehicles Administration, to join the Corporate Vehicles team at Canton, MS.


A Day in the Life:

The Corporate Vehicles (CV) Administration Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the following activities as determined by the Supervisor:

  • Schedule Nissan employees and retirees for delivery and exchange of vehicles at dealerships
  • Take payment for damage to vehicles
  • Work within CV System, eGAMS, to provide up to date and accurate information
  • Manage insurance needs of CV for Employee Provided Insurance
  • Handle MS plating/registration
  • Ensure a working knowledge and adherence to Corporate Vehicles policies, as well as any related Tax, Title, Legal requirements.
  • Drive for excellent customer service experience, answering CV mailboxes as assigned, and escalating appropriately.
  • Ensure eGAMS is up to date and utilized (CV Fleet Management System) for the following (not exhaustive list): Tracking of vehicles; manage lessee; upload insurance; capture all costs associated with vehicle delivery; capture lease exchanges; temp leases, etc.
  • Title and register/renew vehicle plating for MS vehicles.
  • Responsible for filing and inputting correct data into eGAMS after delivery of a vehicle is completed.
  • Research and analysis for specific units or classes of vehicles as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate with the dealerships to ensure all vehicles are ready when employees/retirees arrive.
  • Coordinate with dealerships to ensure all inspection paperwork is returned timely.
  • Ensure that CV insurance needs are met relative to Employee provided insurance.
  • Regular monitoring of insurance compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Who We’re Looking for:

Experience:

Three or more years of professional level experience in related field.

Education:

High School diploma or GED

Computer Skills:

General Microsoft office Suite, with an emphasis in excel. Ability to utilize and learn new systems quickly (eGAMS)

Physical Requirements:
Lifting: 5-15 pounds
