A Day in the Life:
- Provide administration and support of Nissan Canada Finance’s (NCF) operational systems. For example, triaging of incoming tickets, user account setup, etc.
- Document current and proposed new business processes by working with the relevant department and create Visio and word documentation as required.
- Participates in and documents System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, including test case creation in excel or JIRA.
- Participate in project workshops and documents relevant business requirements
- Participate in operational training on the new Contract Management System and/or CRM system, as well as update departmental Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).
- Work with assigned project lead on ensuring project deliverables are met and when required escalate any project risks or issues.
Who We’re Looking for:
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and integration basics.
- Exposure to cloud concepts (Azure, AWS)
- General understanding of distributed systems and how services interact. Knowing tools like Postman is a plus
- Exposure to or interest in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Ability to participate in business process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Superb communication skills and comfortable interacting with all the cross-functional departments
- MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle – specifically around Software Testing
Required:
Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate Business Administration, Technology, or Computer Science University Program.

Hourly Rate Range:
$21.00 - $24.00
Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).
All employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screenings in accordance with Nissan policies and as permitted by applicable statutes and regulations.
