<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a Recruiting Generalist to join our global talent acquisition team, with a primary focus on hiring for Go-to-Market (GTM) functions across EMEA and South Africa, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. The recruiter will also have broader cross-functional responsibilities within region, with a primary focus on supporting hiring for our engineering team in South Africa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This is an exciting role with significant cross-functional and global exposure. You will be part of a vibrant, local team as a hybrid employee in our Johannesburg office, as well as a member of our dynamic Talent Acquisition and Integration team working to attract, engage, and hire top talent globally.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role offers a variety of functional responsibilities, a great balance of local vs. global recruitment, diversity of hiring manager partnership, and significant talent leader coaching/mentorship at an evolving tech company.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate is a versatile recruiter with experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse markets and functions, with experience in, or a desire to understand, the nuances of GTM roles. You will play a key role in scaling our global teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to broader talent initiatives.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Full life cycle recruitment:</strong> </span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute sourcing strategies; post ads, attend events and meetings, screen candidates, organize interviews, negotiate and extend offers. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assess talent using market intelligence combined with the ability to quickly analyze social profiles, traditional resumes and applications. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide excellent candidate experience both in timely follow up and onsite hosting during interviews. </span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Sourcing strategy:</strong> </span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop creative sourcing strategies to address the specifics of each job profile, manage internal/external referral programs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop creative and unique-to-role messaging for outbound recruiting. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understand and leverage conversion metrics to help manage your talent funnel. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You maintain a sense of urgency to attract the right talent profile and move them through the recruiting funnel. </span></li>
