DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES






  • Performs confidential verbal and written Japanese and English translations.

  • Provides administrative support to in the department including calendar management for Vice President and Director.

  • Coordinates department meetings, travel, prepares expense reports, prepares meeting materials, etc.

  • Coordinates and works on special projects.

  • Supports administrative activity, including paying invoices, facilitating approvals, supporting budget/financial reviews.

  • Other duties as assigned.








 

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:


  • One to two years of related experience required.

  • Excellent Japanese and English translation skills, both verbal and written, required.

  • Ability to work with highly confidential and/or sensitive materials and information.

  • Excellent PC skills, including both word processing skills and spreadsheet skills in both Japanese and English.

  • Knowledge of video game industry desirable.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.

  • Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the team.

  • Professional training in translation/interpretation, or equivalent experience.   



** This is a CONTRACT position 


This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. 






 

This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay Range:
$30$45 USD
