About this role
岗位职责：
1、保障日常操作运营 - 协调统筹空运货物运输的操作管理，审核单据（提单/报关单/发票等），与干线代理及报关行保持沟通，跟进提单信息，监控发货进度，同步货态，确保空运干线时效；
2、跨团队合作与异常处理 - 与内部上下游利益相关部门紧密合作，保障舱位，确保供应商资源的充分合理运用，满足客户对时效与表现要求；针对货态异常情况，及时协调内外部，处理包括但不限于延误、破损、丢失、数据或信息差异等；
3、 供应商管理 - 有效管理货物合作沟通，与供应商对账，促进成本管理、账单核对与审计，监控供应商物流表现，解决争议，为供应商的优化与迭代提供建议；
4、流程与系统管理 - 协助部门负责人参照行业运营标准，管理与优化操作SOP，监控内部系统与看板，保障上下游环节顺利衔接有效执行。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，供应链或物流专业优先；
2、具备至少三年以上跨境货运代理相关经验，有东南亚物流经验优先；
3、熟悉跨境物流相关行业规则及标准，具有较强的供应商管理经验；
4、大学英语四级及以上，良好的英语书面表达能力，较强的沟通、流程思维能力；
5、进取精神和团队精神，工作认真，细心灵活，责任心强，抗压性强；
6、熟悉使用Microsoft office软件，具备良好数据归纳与分析能力。
