Solicitamos becario responsable, puntual, proactivo para laborar en el Departamento de Servicio Técnico.
Experiencia:
Carrera Administrativa (Estudiante de Universidad, Preparatoria o Pasante)
Paquetería de cómputo: Conocimientos en paquetería Office (Word, Excel, Outlook y Power Point).
Indispensable contar con Seguro Social Facultativo.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
Auxiliar Administrativo en general, apoyo a cualquier necesidad administrativa de su jefe directo.
Llevar controles de reportes de servicio, cotizaciones, pedidos, facturación y portales en contratos de mantenimiento.
Seguimiento diario en cumplimiento de programa de mantenimiento de los técnicos de servicio.
Competencias:
Comunicación efectiva.
Iniciativa y proactividad.
Orientación al orden y procedimientos.
Pago mensual: $6,300.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes. 5 horas diarias.
Zona para laborar: Tlalnepantla Edo. de México
