07 Senior Specialist - RD - Product & Solution Engineering

Areas of Responsibility

1.  主要负责新产品（洗地机）的设计和开发工作，特别是NPD/NSD项目。

Responsible for the design and development of new products (floor cleaning machines), especially for NPD/NSD projects.

2.  领导和管理结构设计团队，确保团队成员按照产品的需求和质量标准完成设计任务。

Leading and managing the structure design team ensures that all design tasks are completed tasks according to product requirements and quality standards.

3.  组织、协调设计团队的工作任务分配和结构设计方案讨论，解决设计中出现的技术难题，提出可行性建议和解决方案。

Organize and coordinate the design team's work assignments and discussions on structural design, handle technical difficulties and propose feasible suggestions and solutions.

4.  编写或审核与结构设计有关的文件、图纸和测试报告，进行阶段型的结构评审活动。

Write or review documents, drawings, and test reports related to machine/structural design, and conduct design review activities.

5.  与设计团队和跨职能团队协作，参与从概念到量产的新品开发过程中，带领研发小组确保产品成功。

6.  Collaborate with the design team and cross-functional teams, participating in the new product development process from concept to mass production, leading the R&D team to ensure the product's success.

7.  指导、培养和提高团队整体能力和贡献，进行绩效考核和评估，提高团队设计能力和交付能力.

Guide, develop, and strengthen the team's overall capabilities and contributions, run performance assessments and evaluations, and increase the team's design and delivery capabilities.

Areas of Competences

• Experienced on Creo software.

熟练应用Creo软件。

• Experienced on Commercial/Consumer Vac products, constructions and key dimensions

熟悉商用/家用吸尘器，对产品有深入的理解。

• Experienced the content of product development philosophy.

熟悉相关的产品开发理念。

• Excellent logical and critical thinking, good at data analysis and presentation skills.

优秀的逻辑与批判性思维，善于进行数据分析并具有较好的演讲能力。

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand others (especially with engineers).

良好的沟通技巧与倾听理解他人的能力（尤其面对工程技术人员）。

• Strong project management ability, having the experience of external advanced supplier cooperation technology, product development is preferred.

有较强的项目管理能力，有外部先进供应商合作技术、产品开发经验者优先。

• Product management experience in overseas market is preferred.

有海外市场产品管理工作经验者优先。

• Excellent English written/read/listen/speak ability, enable to host English meetings.

熟练的英语听说读写能力，能主持英语会议。

Areas of Others:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or above.

机电或相关专业的本科及以上学历。

• Minimum 8 years’ exp. in product design preferably in commercial vacuum.

8年及以上吸尘器研发经验，商用类产品优先。

• Minimum 5 years’ exp in independent product management is preferred.

5年以上独立产品管理经验者优先。
