WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Football EKIN, you will be the face, voice, and heart of Nike Football. Your passion for sport will guide you as you serve the Nike Sport Marketplace by inspiring and educating retail associates. You’ll leverage your expertise to support athletes, helping them solve challenges and elevate their game. Acting as Nike’s eyes and ears, you’ll listen to the voice of athletes and share insights with teammates, playing a vital role in bringing Nike’s mission to life every day.
Based in Berlin, you’ll operate across the German marketplace, collaborating seamlessly with the football marketing team and cross‑functional partners to deliver Nike’s Football vision. You’ll work closely with Sales, Nike stores, marketplace teams, and the EMEA EKIN network to stay connected to the latest strategies, innovations, and best practices.
You will report directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail, EKIN Germany & Nordics.
Your day‑to‑day will vary significantly, requiring adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to maximize both individual and collective thinking. You’ll embrace diverse perspectives and apply strategic insight to uncover new opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING
A successful candidate will demonstrate the following essential requirements:
Passion for Nike’s brand, mission, and innovation
Love for sports, with football and fitness at the core
Personal connection to football culture and strong understanding of its relevance on and off the pitch, ideally through active involvement in a German Football Club
Proven ability to deliver impactful product training with a focus on innovation and marketplace relevance
Strong communication skills and ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in training delivery, project management, or digital content creation is highly advantageous
Familiarity with the football retail environment in Germany
Agile mindset with willingness to adapt to consumer and organizational needs
Flexibility to work across multiple locations within the German marketplace
Availability to travel extensively across Germany, including weekends, based on business needs
Full valid driver’s license
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Specialist II, Integrated Retail, EKIN, Berlin (m/f/d) you will be part of the Germany Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail, EKIN Germany & Nordics.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Building connection and community within the football marketplace through frequent visits to Nike stores, wholesale partners, and local communities
Delivering seasonal and year‑round education and engagement plans for football and fitness
Organizing and hosting footwear trials across the marketplace
Driving product launches, cultural moments, and grassroots initiatives that resonate with the football community in Germany
Delivering engaging training experiences to inspire and upskill retail employees on Nike’s mission, brand, and innovation
Creating interactive experiences including store visits, product clinics, and trials
