About this role

Senior Principal, Apparel, Digital Transformation - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Define and lead the Global Apparel & Accessories digital portfolio, ensuring that transformation efforts are intentional, prioritized, and aligned with Nike’s broader strategic goals; oversee end-to-end discovery, sequencing, and governance of digital transformation initiatives that will redefine how we plan, create, and assort apparel and accessories; deploy against process design requirements to shape the future operating model, ensuring new digital solutions enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation; ensure initiatives are business-driven but enabled by technology, ensuring that digital transformation directly supports operational needs and value creation; partner with technology and product teams to drive seamless execution and scalable adoption; align with operational and capability leaders, engaging super users and senior-level stakeholders to ensure buy-in and measurable impact; ensure teams are organized, resourced, and motivated to advance these initiatives effectively; define key success metrics, critical outcomes, and performance indicators to track progress across various transformation stages; ensure alignment with other enterprise initiatives and eliminating redundancies to maximize efficiency and impact; make data-driven prioritization and trade-off decisions to balance consumer experience, launch complexity, business value, and execution feasibility; remove obstacles and help teams navigate the organization efficiently to optimize success; foster crossfunctional knowledge sharing and alignment across teams through structured forums and governance models; stay ahead of AI, machine learning, and automation trends to ensure we harness technology to create intelligent, adaptive, and scalable solutions; and apply qualitative research and process automation best practices to drive continuous improvement and competitive differentiation. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or product- related occupation. Experience must include: 
 

  • Business Process Innovation using Lean Six Sigma methodology 

  • Agile Project Management 

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development & Governance 

  • Enterprise Software Implementation 

  • P&L Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting 

  • Product Management in enterprise tech initiatives (requirements gathering, prioritization frameworks, stakeholder alignment) 

  • Technical Process Documentation – process mapping, SOP creation, Visio, Lucidchart, Jira 

  • Data Analysis and Visualization 

  • Change Management and Organizational Adoption Strategies 

  • Global Financial Operations
