Position Summary:
We are seeking a General Manager to lead the strategy, growth, and ecosystem expansion of our stablecoin business. This role is focused on sales, marketing, and product strategy, with some operational duties. You will drive go-to-market execution, build high-impact partnerships across the blockchain and fintech ecosystem, and design use-case models that promote stablecoin adoption.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or Web3, and understands how to scale payment products, launch growth initiatives, and create incentive mechanisms that unlock real-world stablecoin utility.
Location: Miami, Florida (temporarily remote, with future hybrid in-office requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for stablecoin products, driving adoption across exchanges, wallets, fintech platforms, merchants, and Web3 applications.
- Identify and close commercial opportunities, including enterprise integrations, channel partnerships, and cross-border payment use cases.
- Develop and execute sales pipelines, revenue strategies, and partner incentive programs that expand stablecoin circulation and utility.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events that increase awareness and customer activation.
- Design and refine stablecoin use-case models, including user incentives, merchant benefits, partner integrations, and cross-border payment flows.
- Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to define product-market fit, roadmap priorities, and new feature exploration.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to shape the commercialization plan
- Undertake ad hoc projects as we continue to grow.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, growth, sales, product strategy, or marketing within crypto, digital assets, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success launching or scaling stablecoin, Web3 payments, or blockchain-based products.
- Strong understanding of token utility design, incentive models, partner program structures, and ecosystem growth mechanics.
- Proven ability to build and manage partnerships across crypto exchanges, wallets, fintech platforms, and enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators, and ecosystem leaders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese strongly preferred.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
