Job Summary 

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that transform raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and visualization, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design & Development  

• Build and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop. 

• Create data models and implement advanced calculations using DAX and Power Query. 

• Data Integration  

• Connect to multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud services) and ensure data quality. 

• Perform ETL processes for data transformation and integration. 

• Collaboration  

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

• Provide training and support for end-users on Power BI functionalities. 

• Optimization & Security  

• Implement row-level security and data governance protocols. 

• Optimize report performance and maintain existing BI solutions. 

• Documentation  

• Document development processes, data models, and methodologies for future reference. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• 1–4 years of experience in Power BI development. 

• Proficiency in:  

• Power BI Desktop and Service 

• DAX, Power Query, and SQL 

• Data modeling and visualization best practices 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and requirement-gathering abilities. 

Preferred Skills 

• Hands on Experience in SQL  

• Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics). 

• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics. 

• Added Advantage – Hand on experience with Tableau, Snowflake 

• Advanced Excel  

• Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, MLOps, and core concepts in Statistics and Probability
