As Senior Data Operations Analyst – you will be responsible for data validations across products to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with NIQ standards. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements and maintain excellence across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Problem Solving
   • Perform in-depth analysis to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies across multiple sources.
   • Investigate and resolve data quality issues promptly, ensuring accuracy and reliability of datasets.
2. Outlier Detection and Team Guidance
   • Lead efforts to analyze outliers flagged during validation processes.
   • Provide clear guidance to the team on identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
3. Communication and Collaboration
   • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on validation processes.
   • Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Data Visualization and Reporting
   • Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
   • Work across multiple data platforms to consolidate and interpret data for validation purposes.
5. Automation and Process Optimization
   • Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline validation workflows and reduce manual effort.
   • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
6. Process Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
   • Document validation procedures, standards, and best practices for team reference.
   • Promote a culture of continuous learning by sharing knowledge and training team members on new tools and techniques.
7. Technical Expertise
   • Apply advanced Python scripting skills to build automation scripts for data validation and anomaly detection.
   • Ensure integration of automated solutions with existing systems and platforms.

Min 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics 

Good knowledge in PowerBI
