About this role

Job Description

We are looking for a talented analyst with strong skills in data manipulation, data analysis and data interpretation. 
You will work with large datasets on Consumer Panel & Survey data, using Python scripts and NIQ tools. You will collaborate with the client delivery international teams and product leadership teams to lead the execution of projects that will help our clients optimize their assortment strategy. 
You will become a subject matter expert that will be able to explain methodology and commercial implications coming from executing and optimizing assortment activities.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as an expert on Consumer Panel data & Survey data
  • Participate to consultants brief, define best approach based on client needs & cost efficiency​
  • Work closely with consultants in order to prepare, process and validate data, ensuring consistency & accuracy​
  • Run standard projects independently (including project and time management) & participate to customized projects ​
  • Process segmentations using clustering methods and run regression model to understand household behavior drivers
  • Support junior modellers during their productions​
  • Oversee and manage several client projects simultaneously​
  • Work in a cross-country environment on a daily basis 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous work experience in a similar position / business area
  • Background (either academic or professional) in Marketing research, Economics, Statistics
  • Analytical mind and Problem Solving skills​
  • Good communication skills (both oral & written in English)​
  • Excellent skills in Data Manipulations​
  • Fluent in Python programming​
  • MS Office proficiency ​
  • Good understanding of statistical methods​
  • Capacity to understand & process statistical analyses (cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression, segmentation, etc.) will be an asset​
  • Autonomous & Curious (Huge willingness for learning and discover new areas)​
  • Good attitude to work in a Team
