About this role

Descripción de la empresa

Recopilar y actualizar información mensualmente de investigación de mercado, en el canal de retail como; tiendas víveres, minimarket, supermercados, farmacias, etc., cumpliendo así, con las políticas y estándares de calidad requeridos; adicional recolectar datos de las principales características de los establecimientos a través de un dispositivo electrónico de acuerdo a la ubicación geográfica y su programación asignada.

Es una labor 100% de trabajo en calle, hay que cumplir con una ruta diaria de visitas a negocios comerciales, hay que ingresar a ellos de manera física y recolectar toda la información que requerimos sobre los productos de consumo masivo que se venden en cada negocio (Precios, conteo físico, revisar facturas e incluir compras etc.), para esta labor, se entrena a la persona y se le asigna una maquina con los aplicativos para que pueda tomar la información.

Debe tener buena ubicación y conocimiento de la ciudad, ya que este programa de trabajo se asigna en cualquier sector de la ciudad. 

Descripción del empleo

  1. Realizar con precisión y calidad el inventario de los productos que constan en el establecimiento comercial (perchas, enfriadores panorámicos, bodegas, etc.) y actualizar los precios, promociones y nuevas presentaciones. (De los productos de consumo masivo)
  2. Solicitar facturas físicas o electrónicas e incluir compras de los productos que adquiere el establecimiento y realizar los ajustes correspondientes con el dueño o encargado.
  3. Realizar encuestas a los dueños o encargados de los establecimientos de acuerdo a la metodología establecida, con el objetivo de tomar la información requerida de forma correcta y veraz (variables físicas de la tienda y de los diferentes productos expuestos).
  4. Contratar nuevos negocios/colaboradores, de acuerdo a las diferentes necesidades del área y la compañía.
  5. Garantizar él envió inmediato de la información, después de la visita a cada negocio.
  6. Cumplir con la programación asignada dentro del horario establecido por la compañía.
  7. Sostener una comunicación clara y constante con el mánager, notificando a tiempo cualquier novedad o cambio que surja dentro de la ruta programada y dentro del horario laboral estipulado.
  8. Mantener un buen relacionamiento con los colaboradores para mantener activa su colaboración, y, en caso de que se finalice la colaboración buscar su reemplazo ejecutando la contratación de un nuevo negocio de acuerdo con las alternativas que el área defina.
  9. Velar por el buen cuidado del dispositivo electrónico y las herramientas de trabajo asignadas (Credencial, máquina, cargador, chip etc.), asegurando siempre que se lleven consigo para garantizar su disponibilidad y correcto uso en todo momento.
  10. Todas las funciones y responsabilidades que se le asigne de acuerdo con su ámbito de competencia.
