About this role

Job Description

El Analista Jr. es responsable de asegurar la correcta detección, análisis, mantenimiento e inclusión de nuevos productos e ítems en las bases de datos, operando los procedimientos asignados de forma autónoma y en apego a las instrucciones operativas y lineamientos establecidos.

Su función contribuye directamente a que los clientes cuenten con información confiable que permita una lectura clara de las tendencias del mercado, categorías y productos. El puesto requiere un entendimiento general de la segmentación de categorías, así como la capacidad de ejecutar actividades diarias con altos estándares de calidad, reportar errores en la producción y mantener el registro de las actividades realizadas.

El rol implica la ejecución de procesos operativos sin supervisión directa constante, siguiendo el modelo de gestión definido por la operación, participando en entrenamientos establecidos y apoyando proyectos o iniciativas especiales cuando sea requerido. Asimismo, se espera una comunicación efectiva con su líder y el equipo, y una actitud proactiva para la detección de issues y mejora continua.

Qualifications

  • Carrera Técnica completa o Licenciatura concluida en áreas económico‑administrativas, ingeniería, informática o afines.
    La formación académica puede ser sustituida por 1.5 años de experiencia en funciones de Analista Jr.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas, atajos y macros).
  • Conocimiento intermedio de herramientas Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimientos en:
    • Análisis e investigación de productos
    • Gestión y segmentación de categorías
    • Análisis de datos (Discovery)
    • Detección de issues y resolución de problemas
  • Certificación OGRDS (deseable o requerida según la operación).
