Role Summary:
This role focuses on delivering accurate and timely business reports through rigorous data analysis and Excel-based reporting. It requires strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues in reporting processes. Effective communication and curiosity are key to gathering the right information and ensuring reports are accurate, complete and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Producing Excel datasets and deliver recurring reports based on established templates, ensuring accuracy, precision and consistency.
Operational Discipline: Demonstrate rigor in data handling and a strong commitment to meeting reporting timelines and business expectations.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: Show proactivity in identifying issues and proposing practical solutions to improve reporting processes and data quality.
Information Gathering & Communication: Exhibit curiosity and effective communication skills to obtain the necessary information for completing and refining reports accurately.
Key Skills
Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Operational Discipline: Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines with precision and consistency.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and proposing improvements to reporting processes.
Communication & Curiosity: Skilled at obtaining necessary information from internal and external teams and solution-oriented to find the best possible outcome.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets to produce accurate reports and actionable insights.
Attention to Detail & Rigor: Demonstrated ability to follow established templates, ensure data accuracy, and meet strict reporting timelines.
Proactive Communication: Curiosity and strong interpersonal skills to gather necessary information from stakeholders and clients, ensuring smooth reporting and billing processes.
