So, what’s the role all about?  


We are looking for a Senior Specialist - DevOps who will serve as the technical execution leader and delivery owner for our DevOps platforms. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in AWS, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation, combined with the ability to drive sprint execution, guide engineering teams, and ensure reliable, high-quality delivery across all DevOps initiatives. 
 
In addition, this role will play a key part in our transition toward AI-driven DevOps. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical vision, the ability to identify opportunities for AI-based automation, optimization, and intelligence, and the skill to translate ideas into working solutions. 
 


How will you make an impact? 


Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities 



  • Own end-to-end delivery of DevOps initiatives, ensuring sprint commitments are met with high quality and predictability. 



  • Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for the DevOps team. 



  • Act as the technical execution leader for DevOps, ensuring priorities are clear, risks are managed, and delivery stays on track. 



  • Use pipeline data, logs, metrics, and deployment signals to design and implement AI-driven automation such as failure prediction, auto-remediation, and deployment risk scoring



  • Provide technical direction and solution guidance to DevOps engineers, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reliability. 



  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across CI/CD, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks. 



  • Act as the technical and delivery leader for the DevOps platform, owning release readiness, pipeline reliability, and execution quality. 



  • Collaborate with R&D teams to align DevOps execution with business goals. 


 


Technical Responsibilities 



  • Architect, build, and continuously evolve scalable, resilient CI/CD frameworks that support multiple teams, environments, and deployment patterns 



  • Build and manage AWS-based infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency. 



  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and CloudFormation for consistent multi-environment provisioning. 



  • Create and enhance automation and tool using Python and Shell to eliminate manual work and improve platform reliability. 



  • Implement and manage containerized platforms using Docker and ECS



  • Build AI-powered DevOps capabilities such as self-healing pipelines, intelligent failure analysis, predictive alerting, and deployment risk scoring. 


 


Have you got what it takes? 



  • Experience: 12-14 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity. 



  • Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS cloud architecture, high availability, and resiliency. 



  • IaC Tools: Advanced proficiency with Terraform and CloudFormation. 



  • CI/CD Tools: Expert-level knowledge in Jenkins and GitHub Actions/Workflows including pipeline-as-code principles. 



  • Scripting: Strong proficiency in Python, Shell, or Groovy. 



  • Containers: Proven experience in Docker and AWS ECS based deployments. 



  • Automation: Solid understanding of automation frameworks 



  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 



  • Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Solutions Architect / Terraform Associate. 



  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly. 



  • Ability to work effectively with distributed team 



  • Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term objectives 



  • Must be detail oriented, task driven, and have excellent communication skills.  



  • Ability to work effectively with staff, peers, and others in and outside the organization to accomplish goals, objectives and to identify and resolve problems .
