design end-to-end AI and Cloud solutions with a strong focus on GenAI, LLM-driven applications, RAG workflows, ML workloads, and cloud-native architectures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, data landscape, and AI adoption goals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Enable customers to understand the architecture, functionality, and capabilities of proposed solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and design meetings, translating needs into scalable architectures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deliver high-impact demonstrations showcasing GenAI, LLM use cases, data-to-insight workflows, and automation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Guide customers through Proof of Concepts (PoCs), validating performance and real-world value.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with sales on pre-sales motions: presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design and articulate RAG-based workflows: intelligent search, document processing, chatbots, knowledge assistants, domain-specific LLM apps.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advise customers on MLOps practices: model deployment, monitoring, governance, CI/CD for ML pipelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of Cloud, Data Center infrastructure, enterprise networking (SDN, SD-WAN, VPNs), hybrid/multi-cloud designs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide deep technical guidance on cloud, containerized workloads, GPUs, and orchestration platforms for AI at scale.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Act as a trusted technical advisor, simplifying complex concepts for business and technical stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with Product &amp;
