This role demands a&nbsp;<strong>hands-on sales leader</strong>&nbsp;who can execute outbound strategies, build scalable inside sales processes, and nurture a high-performing team.</p> <p>You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities, leading outreach strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to convert prospects into high-value pipeline opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in&nbsp;<strong>enterprise technology sales</strong>, particularly in&nbsp;<strong>Cloud, AI/ML, and GPU infrastructure domains</strong>.</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Lead Generation &amp; Outbound Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and execute&nbsp;<strong>end-to-end outbound sales</strong>, from prospecting to qualification and appointment setting.</li> <li>Design and implement&nbsp;<strong>strategic outbound campaigns</strong>&nbsp;via calls, emails, and digital channels targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.</li> <li>Drive&nbsp;<strong>pipeline creation</strong>&nbsp;through value-based conversations and solution-oriented engagement.</li> <li>Leverage market insights and account intelligence to build targeted outreach for key industry verticals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Mentor and manage</strong>&nbsp;a small, high-performing inside sales/SDR team; provide coaching, training, and performance guidance.</li> <li>Partner with enterprise sales, marketing, and solution architecture teams to ensure&nbsp;<strong>seamless lead handoff and pipeline conversion</strong>.</li> <li>Align with marketing to optimize campaigns, messaging, and outbound cadences for better conversion.</li> <li>Collaborate with product and technical teams to effectively articulate&nbsp;<strong>Neysa’s value proposition</strong>&nbsp;in the context of AI infrastructure.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pipeline Management &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain&nbsp;<strong>accurate CRM data</strong>&nbsp;and pipeline hygiene across all stages of the funnel.</li> <li>Analyze lead flow, outreach metrics, and conversion data to&nbsp;<strong>refine inside sales strategies</strong>.</li> <li>Prepare regular reports on performance, insights, and improvements to support growth targets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Customer &amp; Partner Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and sustain relationships with&nbsp;<strong>prospects, channel partners, and resellers</strong>&nbsp;to expand Neysa’s reach.</li> <li>Support go-to-market activities with&nbsp;<strong>GSIs, ISVs, and technology ecosystem partners</strong>&nbsp;to drive awareness and joint opportunities.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Required Experience &amp;
