<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Inside Sales Lead</strong> to drive <strong>strategic outbound sales</strong>, lead generation, and early-stage customer engagement for Neysa’s AI and GPU Cloud offerings. This role demands a <strong>hands-on sales leader</strong> who can execute outbound strategies, build scalable inside sales processes, and nurture a high-performing team.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities, leading outreach strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to convert prospects into high-value pipeline opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in <strong>enterprise technology sales</strong>, particularly in <strong>Cloud, AI/ML, and GPU infrastructure domains</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Lead Generation & Outbound Strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and execute <strong>end-to-end outbound sales</strong>, from prospecting to qualification and appointment setting.</li>
<li>Design and implement <strong>strategic outbound campaigns</strong> via calls, emails, and digital channels targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.</li>
<li>Drive <strong>pipeline creation</strong> through value-based conversations and solution-oriented engagement.</li>
<li>Leverage market insights and account intelligence to build targeted outreach for key industry verticals.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Sales Leadership & Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Mentor and manage</strong> a small, high-performing inside sales/SDR team; provide coaching, training, and performance guidance.</li>
<li>Partner with enterprise sales, marketing, and solution architecture teams to ensure <strong>seamless lead handoff and pipeline conversion</strong>.</li>
<li>Align with marketing to optimize campaigns, messaging, and outbound cadences for better conversion.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product and technical teams to effectively articulate <strong>Neysa’s value proposition</strong> in the context of AI infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pipeline Management & Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain <strong>accurate CRM data</strong> and pipeline hygiene across all stages of the funnel.</li>
<li>Analyze lead flow, outreach metrics, and conversion data to <strong>refine inside sales strategies</strong>.</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports on performance, insights, and improvements to support growth targets.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Customer & Partner Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and sustain relationships with <strong>prospects, channel partners, and resellers</strong> to expand Neysa’s reach.</li>
<li>Support go-to-market activities with <strong>GSIs, ISVs, and technology ecosystem partners</strong> to drive awareness and joint opportunities.</li>

<p><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>5–10 years</strong> of progressive experience in <strong>Inside Sales / Business Development </strong>within enterprise technology, cloud, or SaaS.</li>
<li>Proven track record in <strong>B2B outbound sales</strong>, lead generation, and pipeline management in <strong>Cloud, AI/ML, or GPU infrastructure</strong> domains.</li>
<li>Experience in <strong>solution-based selling</strong> and managing <strong>enterprise-level conversations</strong> with CxO and technical decision-makers.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, and AI/ML ecosystems</strong>.</li>
<li>Proficiency with <strong>CRM and sales automation tools</strong> (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Excellent <strong>communication, storytelling, and presentation</strong> skills.</li>
<li>Ability to <strong>lead, coach, and scale a small team</strong> of inside sales representatives or SDRs.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Nice-to-Have / Coachable Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to <strong>AI infrastructure, LLMs, and MLOps</strong> workflows.</li>
<li>Experience working within <strong>enterprise cloud ecosystems</strong> (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li>
<li>Proven success in <strong>building inside sales processes</strong> or scaling early-stage teams.</li>
<li>Ability to design <strong>outbound playbooks, cadences, and messaging</strong> tailored to enterprise personas.</li>
