<p>Join <strong>Neysa</strong> as a DevOps Engineer where you will play a key role in building, deploying, and scaling <strong>cloud-native and containerized platforms</strong>. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security across modern infrastructure environments.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Achieve in This Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, deploy, and manage <strong>Kubernetes clusters</strong> for production-grade workloads.</li>
<li>Enable reliable and scalable <strong>containerized application deployments</strong>.</li>
<li>Improve system availability, performance, and operational efficiency through automation.</li>
<li>Ensure infrastructure is secure, observable, and resilient at scale.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Kubernetes & Containerization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Kubernetes</strong> (cluster setup, upgrades, scaling, monitoring).</li>
<li>Strong experience deploying containerized applications using <strong>Docker</strong> and <strong>Helm</strong>.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, and service meshes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cloud & Infrastructure</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms (<strong>AWS / Azure / GCP</strong>) or hybrid environments.</li>
<li>Understanding of infrastructure components: compute, storage, networking, and security.</li>
<li>Exposure to <strong>IaC tools</strong> such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reliability & Observability</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>

<li>Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for production-grade workloads.</li>
<li>Enable reliable and scalable containerized application deployments.</li>

<li> Improve system availability, performance, and operational efficiency through automation.</li>
