SUMMARY:
The Philanthropy Associate will support the Chief Philanthropy Officer, CEO, Campaign Chairs, and Development & Marketing Chair and Philanthropy Team to track and help implement all aspects of the all aspects of the Annual Plan including: track all campaign activities and monitor their timely implementation; maintain the campaign calendar; produce materials, make arrangements, track, and assure follow up for all donor meetings; and help implement communications plan activities; plan and execute Philanthropy related events; schedule, attend, and prepare materials for Philanthropy committee meetings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree business or related field, minimum 1 year work experience fundraising experience required
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors, consumers, and or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent, draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF WORK: Ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities with neatness, accuracy, and a degree of excellence promptly.
