We’re looking for driven and consultative <strong>Expansion Account Executives</strong> to manage and grow our base of <strong>small business customers in the United States.</strong></p> <p><strong>How You’ll Change Our Customers’ Lives: </strong>This full-cycle sales role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands the value of long-term relationships and knows how to uncover new business opportunities from within an active customer base.&nbsp; You’ll discover how customers run their businesses, identify pain points, and guide them to solutions that drive real impact.&nbsp; You’ll play an important role in helping our customers unlock more value from their investment and achieve long-term growth.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sell Nextiva solutions through a primarily outbound motion to existing small business customers (less than 100 employees)</li> <li>Uncover opportunities through strategic, prospecting and discovery-led outreach using calls, email, SMS, and voicemail</li> <li>Recommend and position Nextiva solutions — from call center features to analytics and AI tools — that solve real business problems</li> <li>Deliver personalized product demos that show how Nextiva creates meaningful business outcomes</li> <li>Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within the existing customer pool, leveraging structured outreach strategies and available insights</li> <li>Qualify, prioritize, and close deals with confidence</li> <li>Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment across teams</li> <li>Champion Nextiva’s standard of Delivering Amazing Service® in every customer interaction</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>2+</strong> years of experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or business development in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in telecommunications, technology, or other relevant industries</li> <li>Demonstrated success in outbound customer engagement — not reliant on inbound leads or support triggers preferred</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and/or other relevant revenue KPIs (retention, renewal, upsell/cross-sell, lead generation, etc.) preferred</li> <li>Experience working in a high-volume environment and/or managing high volume books of business</li> <li>Clear, concise verbal and written communication for high-volume outreach. English fluency required (spoken and written)</li> <li>Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)</li> <li>Comfortable navigating a team-driven sales model with a collaborative mindset</li> <li>Highly coachable, organized, and motivated by results</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration</li> <li>B2B Sales Experience</li> <li>Experience selling SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or PaaS solutions</li> <li>Experience delivering demos and pitch decks</li> <li>Experience selling to US based customers</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce CRM, pipeline forecasting, and qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Quickly adjusts sales strategies in response to customer needs, or company priorities.
