Job Summary

Programming.com is seeking a skilled Python Developer – Gen AI to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and AI-driven application development. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with Gen AI concepts, and the ability to work onsite in Panchkula during night shift hours to support global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on Generative AI solutions

• Work on LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-powered features such as chatbots, content generation, and automation

• Integrate Gen AI models with backend systems and APIs

• Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI pipelines

• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and global stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and model-related issues

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Support applications during night shift operations

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Python development

• Strong proficiency in Python (backend development, scripting, APIs)

• Hands-on experience or project exposure to Generative AI concepts

• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)

• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integrations

• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (any)

• Ability to work onsite from Panchkula

• Willingness to work night shift (7:30 PM IST onwards)
