Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Grafana / BI Visualization Specialist to design and deliver visually compelling, mobile-first dashboards for business stakeholders and C-suite leadership. The role focuses on dashboard design, visualization best practices, and building executive-ready insights using Grafana and BI platforms. The candidate will ensure dashboards are intuitive, high-performing, and aligned with business decision-making needs.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards with a strong focus on usability and visual storytelling.

Create executive-level KPI dashboards tailored for C-suite consumption.

Design mobile-first and responsive dashboards optimized for tablets and smartphones.

Apply data visualization best practices to present complex data in a simple and actionable manner.

Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Grafana and other BI tools.

Optimize dashboard performance for fast load times and smooth user experience.

Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure accurate and consistent metrics.

Implement filters, drill-downs, alerts, and interactivity for better insights.

Maintain dashboard standards, templates, and documentation.

Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve dashboard usability and adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in BI, data visualization, or analytics roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Grafana (mandatory).

Strong understanding of dashboard design principles and UX best practices.

Experience building executive and KPI dashboards.

Ability to design mobile-responsive dashboards.

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

Experience working with data warehouses and semantic layers.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
