Job Summary

We are looking for an Epicor ERP Functional Consultant with strong ERP process knowledge and hands-on experience in Epicor functional modules. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring Epicor ERP, managing customizations, BPMs, BAQs, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business processes and ERP requirements

• Map business requirements to Epicor ERP functional processes

• Configure Epicor ERP modules as per business needs

• Work on Epicor Customizations, BPMs (Business Process Management), and BAQs

• Understand and guide usage of Epicor Business Objects (BOs) for functional solutions

• Perform gap analysis and propose system or process improvements

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications

• Support integration and reporting requirements, including data mapping

• Collaborate with technical consultants for custom development and integrations

• Act as a single point of contact between business users and technical teams

• Assist in user training, UAT, and post-implementation support

• Prepare functional documentation and process flow diagrams

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Experience as an Epicor ERP Functional Consultant

• Strong ERP business process knowledge

• Hands-on knowledge of:

  • Epicor ERP Functional Processes

  • Business Objects (BOs)

  • BPMs, BAQs, and Customizations

• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis

• Exposure to integration and reporting in Epicor

• Ability to translate business needs into Epicor ERP solutions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Finance ERP modules

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Exposure to Epicor Kinetic UI

• Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects

• Understanding of Epicor REST APIs (functional awareness)
