You have 8+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML or deep learning models, with
experience leading or mentoring teams
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
You are comfortable working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
You bring strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills
What are the most critical skills for this role?
You have strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
You have a deep understanding of transformers, LLMs, attention mechanisms, and GenAI
training pipelines
You have hands-on experience with model optimization, GPU acceleration, and inference
frameworks
You can train, fine-tune, evaluate, and productionize large-scale deep learning and GenAI models
You will have an advantage if you:
Have worked with vLLM, Triton, TensorRT, or similar high-performance inference systems
Have experience building or integrating ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech) systems
Have hands-on exposure to multimodal architectures involving vision, language, and audio
Have deployed ML models on AWS, GCP, or Azure
