Job Title: Medical Officer (MBBS)

Job Summary

We are hiring qualified and patient-focused Medical Officers (MBBS) to manage day-to-day OPD services at our clinics in Bengaluru. The role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication, and fluency in Kannada. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing primary medical care, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct OPD consultations, including patient history taking, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Provide primary medical care for acute and chronic conditions

Prescribe medications and recommend diagnostic tests as required

Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records

Educate patients on preventive healthcare, treatment plans, and follow-ups

Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, medical ethics, and regulatory guidelines

Handle basic medical emergencies until referral if required

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

MBBS from an Indian medical institute only

FMGE / foreign medical graduates are not eligible

Experience

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-MBBS

Prior OPD experience is mandatory

Language

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory

Location Preference

Must reside within 5–6 km of the assigned clinic or be willing to relocate

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday (Split Shifts)

Morning: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
