Job Summary-

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience in planning,

executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in running

paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta)

 Manage PPC campaigns to maximize CTR, CPL, and ROI

 Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results

 Conduct A/B tests, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives

 Analyse data to track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports

 Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging and targeting

 Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platfororm changes

Qualifications and Skills:
 Paid Search & Paid Campaign Management
 PPC, ROI, CTR, CPL, ROAS
 Google Ads & Meta Ads
 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
 Campaign Analytics & Reporting
 Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
 5–10 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
 Proven track record of managing large-scale paid campaigns
 Proficiency in ad platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards
