Job Summary

ACIES is looking for an experienced Oracle Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle Hyperion (EPM). The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle solutions for enterprise clients, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and/or Oracle Hyperion/EPM modules
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Design and develop financial reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation solutions using Hyperion tools
Perform system integration, data validation, and reconciliation activities
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user manuals
Support UAT, production issues, and system enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and project management
Ensure solutions align with accounting standards and business best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS)
Good understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation
Hands-on experience in Oracle implementation or support projects
Knowledge of SQL, data integration tools (FDMEE, ODI) is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification
Oracle certification(s) in Financials or Hyperion/EPM
Experience working with consulting firms or enterprise clients
