You’ll engage existing customers, uncover expansion opportunities, and help build the pipeline that fuels long-term growth. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role with direct exposure to Account Executives, Product, and Customer Success — and a clear path to developing into a full-cycle Account Executive over time.</p> <p>This is a full-time, in-office role based in San Francisco, where you’ll collaborate closely with a high-performing and deeply customer-driven team.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2024" data-end="2163">Engage existing customers through inbound and outbound outreach to identify interest and expansion opportunities for NexHealth Payments</li> <li data-start="2164" data-end="2272">Qualify customer needs, pain points, and readiness, booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives</li> <li data-start="2273" data-end="2374">Develop a strong understanding of the Payments product, customer workflows, and value proposition</li> <li data-start="2375" data-end="2480">Partner closely with Account Executives to align on account strategy, messaging, and seamless handoff</li> <li data-start="2481" data-end="2585">Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to share customer insights and feedback from the field</li> <li data-start="2586" data-end="2678">Help shape and scale a new sales motion by testing messaging, channels, and approaches, and iterating quickly based on results</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2894" data-end="2997">1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, support, hospitality, retail, or similar)</li> <li data-start="2998" data-end="3088">Strong communication skills and comfort engaging customers via email, phone, and video</li> <li data-start="3089" data-end="3168">Curiosity and eagerness to learn about healthcare, payments, and SaaS sales</li> <li data-start="3169" data-end="3254">A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time and priorities</li> <li data-start="3255" data-end="3325">Coachability and openness to feedback in a high-growth environment</li> <li data-start="3326" data-end="3396">Comfort working in-person and collaborating closely with teammates</li> <li data-start="3397" data-end="3472">Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or a willingness to learn</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees.
